Residential and commercial complex in Tlalpan, Mexico

                             This project located in the center of Tlalpan in Mexico City is the continuity of the urban project. It explores the pleasure of living in the heart of collective and outdoor space. It is composed on the ground floor and on the first level of common plant spaces open onto the interior of the housing complex.
On the second and last level, there is a large planted terrace.

                             The challenge of this project was to combine public and private space, resolved by the presence of a bridge connecting the complex and creating a public passage in line with the urban planning previously programmed.

                             On 5 levels of housing: 2 types: a duplex with a double height open to the north west composed as well as an apartment on 1 level of 100m2 composed of declination to play with the volumes of the facade. The strong point of this project is that each room is naturally ventilated and that everything is oriented opposite to the south. To the south west is the exterior vertical circulation arranged as a separate volume with a deck play set.
